We all have 04 SHAKTIS… we call them POWERS… and they are LIMITED ACTUALLY……
First; KRIYA SHAKTI… means our BODY POWER… Second; VAK SHAKTI… means our WORD POWER… Third; VICHAR SHAKTI means our THOUGHT POWER… and Fouth; ATMA SHAKTI means SOUL POWER.
We need to use all these SHAKTIS …all these POWERS WITH LOT OF AWARENESS, because ONCE THEY ARE REDUCED; we start becoming distracted, then depleted & finally destroy ourselves in those distractions…
- To save our KRIYA SHAKTI… BODY POWER;
- Reduce unnecessary body movements if you are doing excessive
- Stop sitting for LONG HOURS if you have that life style
- And EXERCISE everyday min. 20 mins- Walking, Strength training, Yoga, Swimming whatever you feel
- To save our VAK SHAKTI… WORD POWER;
- Watch QUANTITY & QUALITY of your speech
- Avoid unnecessary discussions & debates
- Speak only when it is necessary & speak with love
- To save our VICHAR SHAKTI… THOUGHT POWER;
- Reduce all negative self-talk
- Stop judging people
- Reframe your PERSPECTIVES specially you think & speak NEGATIVE
- To save our ATMA SHAKTI…SOUL POWER;
- Stop WORRYING
- Have a QUALITY & QUANTITY SLEEP
- Practice GRATITUDE, PRAYER & MEDITATION
By PRACTICING these; we save lot of energy and this energy help us to stay calm & centered.
